Each of our pieces is handmade and kiln-fired. Although slight size variations are inherent to the process, the difference will not exceed 15 mm.
Quality assurance
- This is a piece by one of our exclusively signed artists.
- Before dispatching your order, we will carefully inspect it, and send photos and videos to your email.
- Due to the nature of the artwork, we kindly ask you to record an unboxing video upon receipt. Should you notice any damage, cracks, breakage, or other issues, please contact us within 2 hours of unboxing.
- Our team will evaluate your case and provide instructions for the next steps.
- Returns and exchanges must comply with our return policy.
