Huang Meng, independent designer, ceramic artist, and lecturer at the School of Art and Design of Yunnan Normal University, focuses on contemporary design using ceramics and traditional craftsmanship as his medium. Through both teaching and practice, he continuously explores the “warmth of handmade” and the “life within materials.”
The “WaMao · Phantoms of the Mythic Beasts” series, his first signed collaboration with VIVIDAION, transforms traditional Tile Cats into contemporary talismans, blending spirituality, craftsmanship, and wearable beauty.
